• Unreserved: Rs. 300 (lower-pay) or Rs. 400 (higher-pay)

• Fee payment: Demand Draft payable to DISTRICT HEALTH SOCIETY, Non NHM Other Fund Janjgir, payable at Janjgir. The fee is non-refundable. Separate DDs are required for multiple posts.
