Eligibility by Post

• Part Time Medical Officer: MBBS or equivalent medical qualification.
• Public Health Manager: MBBS or a specified health sciences graduate with a postgraduate qualification (as applicable).
• ANM: ANM qualification.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience required for all posts. An experience certificate must be attached; otherwise the application will not be considered.

General Information / Instructions

• Posts are contractual (not regular government posts) for a period of 11 months 29 days.
• Selected candidates must sign an agreement on Rs. 100/- bond paper.
• A small family certificate is mandatory as per the government decision dated 01.07.2005.
• Any attempt to influence the selection will lead to disqualification.
• The authority reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process.
• Incomplete, incorrect, or unsigned applications will be rejected.

• Fill the prescribed application form on white A4 paper (typed or printed).
• Attach self-attested copies of required documents (marksheets/certificates, school leaving certificate/birth proof, experience certificate, registration certificate, caste certificate if applicable).
• The envelope should clearly mention the post name and unit. Attach a passport-size photo with signature.
• Submit in person or by post to the Taluka Health Officer Office, Panchayat Samiti Chiplun during office hours.
• Online payment proof (receipt) is mandatory for Open category.
