• Executive Director, Advisor, Senior Consultant, Consultant: Up to 60 years
• Fellows/Interns: Up to 35 years

Executive Director

• Essential Qualification: MBBS with Postgraduate Medical or Public Health Qualification or MBA with specialization in Health Management/Public Health Management, or master’s degree in social/sciences/public policy/public administration from a reputed institution.
• Essential Experience: minimum 20 years post-qualification, with at least 10 years in Public Health or Health Systems Strengthening in a leadership role.

Advisor

• Essential Qualification: Postgraduate or higher qualification in Medicine and Public Health.
• Essential Experience: minimum 15 years post-qualification experience in leading large-scale public health programs.

Senior Consultant

• Essential Qualification: Medical/Dental/Health Science Graduate with Postgraduate qualification in Community Medicine/Public Health/Health Care Management.
• Essential Experience: at least 10 years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in Health Systems Strengthening; familiarity with government policies and programmes is desirable.

Consultant

• Essential Qualification: MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/ Nursing with Postgraduate degree/diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine/Public Health/Community Health/Community Nursing.
• Essential Experience: 2 years post-qualification for MBBS; 3 years post-qualification for non-MBBS graduates in Public Health or related planning/implementation roles.

Fellows/Interns

• Essential Qualification: MBBS/BDS/AYUSH/Nursing with Postgraduate degree/diploma in Preventive and Social Medicine/Public Health/Community Health/Community Nursing.
