Educational Qualifications

• Engineering graduate / Post-graduate engineer or MCA (Master of Computer Applications).
• Professional certifications (any one of the following): CISSP, CISM, CCISO, or CISA.

Work Experience

• 15 years of experience in technology functions, with at least 10 years in network and cybersecurity domains as of 01-07-2026.
• Mandatory minimum of 10 years in leadership roles covering: SOC transformation, enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy execution, and BFSI/public sector digital security transformation.
• Experience should include Security Solution Architecture, Information Security Governance, Risk and Compliance Management, and Security Operations at a senior management level. Minor variations in total experience may be considered for the right candidate with proven BFSI/PSU impact; hands-on expertise and leadership in SOC transformation are non-negotiable.
