Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science. Five years of service as Assistant Librarian in a recognized institution in the Pay Matrix Level-6 or equivalent.

Bachelor’s Degree or a 3-year Diploma after 10th in a relevant engineering/design subject. Post-qualification experience: four years (Degree) or six years (Diploma).
