Educational Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Life Sciences.

Essential Experience

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in handling clinical biospecimens (blood, plasma, serum) including PBMC isolation, serological assays, and large-scale biorepository sample management.
• Proven expertise in biorepository operations, including sample processing, cataloguing, storage, and quality control.
• Proficiency in molecular biology techniques such as DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, ELISA, and gel electrophoresis.
• Experience in mammalian cell culture, plasmid isolation, and assessment of cell health using flow cytometry, multimode plate readers, and biochemical assays.
• Experience in laboratory management, including LIMS-based documentation, reagent and equipment inventory, SOP preparation, biosafety and QA/EQC compliance.
• Skilled in supervising and mentoring junior staff, interns, and research assistants, and coordinating multi-institutional sample transfers to ensure seamless workflow.

Desirable Qualifications

• Preference given to candidates with scientific publications in relevant research areas.
