Eligibility Details

Assistant Professor - Biotechnology

• Ph.D. in Biotechnology/Bioscience & Bioengineering/Life Sciences/Biomedical Sciences with First Class or equivalent in the preceding degree (M.Pharm/MS/MTech/M.Sc.)
• Very good academic record and at least 5 years of teaching/research/industrial experience with publications in high-quality journals.
• Desirable: Expertise in characterization of biologicals/biosimilars, vaccines, bioprocess engineering, gene therapy, cell-based therapy; experience in industrial research, supervision of Master’s students, and SCI publications.

Assistant Professor - Medical Devices

• Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree (M.Sc/M.Pharm/M.S.Pharm/B.Tech/M.Tech) in Bioengineering/Biomedical Engineering/Mechanical/Electronics or relevant field with a strong academic record and at least 5 years of teaching/research/industrial experience with high-quality publications.
• Desirable: Experience in Biomedical Imaging, AI in healthcare, biomedical signal processing; ability in developing/testing biomedical devices (class 2/3); patents preferred; experience in supervising Master’s students and sponsored projects.

Medical Officer

• M.B.B.S. degree and registration in State Medical Register or Indian Medical Register.
• Desirable: Postgraduate Medical Qualification recognized by MCI; MD in General Medicine preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years post-qualification experience as specified for teaching posts.
