Age limits (as on 09-01-2026)

• T-01 Professor: Not exceeding 50 years
• T-02 Associate Professor: Not exceeding 45 years (3 years relaxation for OBC-NCL = 48 years)
• NT-01 Finance & Accounts Officer: Not exceeding 45 years for direct recruitment; not exceeding 56 years for deputation
• NT-02 Estate & Security Officer: Not exceeding 45 years
• NT-03 Public Relation Officer: Not exceeding 35 years (3 years relaxation for OBC-NCL = 38 years)

Age relaxations as per Government of India rules apply for reserved categories and deputation cases.

Eligibility details by post

T-01: Professor (Medicinal Chemistry)

• Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent grade in the relevant field, with a strong academic record.
• Experience: At least 10 years of teaching/research/industrial experience with notable publications.
• Desirable: Expertise in Pharmacoinformatics/computational chemistry/Cheminformatics/Bioinformatics; HPC experience; independent research with postgraduate supervision; potential for collaboration with experimental scientists.

T-02: Associate Professor (Pharmaceutical Analysis)

• Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. with first class or equivalent grade; excellent academic record.
• Experience: At least 8 years of teaching/research/industrial experience with significant publications.
• Desirable: Postgraduate degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis; proficiency in HPLC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS; regulatory and analytical experience; independent research supervision.

NT-01: Finance & Accounts Officer

• Essential Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Commerce/Economics.
• Experience: 10 years in Finance and Accounts in government or reputed bodies.
• Desirable: MBA in Finance; familiarity with accounting software such as Tally.

NT-02: Estate & Security Officer

• Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience: Five years of commissioned service in armed forces or police, or equivalent.
• Desirable: Experience in infrastructure or security management of educational institutions.

NT-03: Public Relation Officer

• Essential Qualifications: Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Experience: At least five years in public relations, training, or placement roles in government or academic institutions.
• Desirable: MBA or postgraduate qualification in Mass Communication; press release and events coordination experience.

Other Non-Teaching Posts (Below Pay Level 10): Rs. 1,000 (Online payment only)

• Each post requires a separate application and fee.
• Candidates must send hard copies with enclosures by the specified dates if required.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending selection processes.

Selection and Instructions

• Teaching posts (T-01, T-02): Seminar presentation followed by an interview. Shortlisted candidates will be invited by email.
• Non-teaching posts: NT-01 requires interview; NT-02 and NT-03 involve a written test and/or skill test followed by interview.
• Online interviews may be arranged for overseas candidates on request and subject to approval.
