Eligibility Details

• Principal Technical Officer (ICT): BE/B.Tech or MSc/MCA in a relevant field (Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Application) with first-class or equivalent grade (6.5/10 or 60%). Qualification should be completed within the normal duration.
• Minimum 15 years of experience as Scientific Officer/Technical Officer or equivalent, including at least 8 years as Sr. Scientific Officer/Sr. Technical Officer in PB-3 with GP of Rs. 7600/- or equivalent in Central/State government departments, autonomous bodies, universities, institutes of national importance, or PSUs.
• Hands-on experience in Spring Boot, MVC, web development, Java/J2EE, JSP, JDBC, full-stack development, HTML5, JSON, JavaScript frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Bootstrap), web services, XML, and the ability to contribute across the software development life cycle.
• Experience in ERP development/implementation, web security, and open-source web development software.
• Experience in website development (frontend and backend), Linux administration, database administration (RDBMS such as PostgreSQL), cloud platforms (OpenStack, Docker, Kubernetes), and network administration (LAN, Internet security, learning management systems).
