Essential Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. in Food Process Engineering or Food Technology (or related disciplines) with M.Tech/M.E. in the same field, and
• Qualified NET or GATE.

Additional Desirable Experience

• Research experience in plant protein extraction, rheological/spectroscopic analysis.

Notes

• CGPA/percentage requirements: 60% or equivalent in both B.Tech and M.Tech.
