Age Relaxation

Age relaxations are applicable as per Government of India norms for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen and other categories. See the official notification for detailed age relaxation provisions.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (as per RR for Non-teaching staff in NITs, 2019).

Experience

• Relevant experience gained after the minimum qualifying degree will be considered.

Other Requirements

• Additional eligibility conditions may apply as per recruitment rules and notices.

• Opening date for online application: 02-01-2026
• Closing date for online submission: 30-01-2026
• Closing date for submission of hardcopy: 06-02-2026

Application Fees

• UR, EWS, OBC (Non-creamy layer) & Ex-servicemen: Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable; Rs. 500 refundable to Ex-servicemen if appearing for Screening Test).
• SC/ST/Women: Rs. 500.
• PwBD: Exempted from fee.
• The fee once paid is non-refundable, except for the specified Ex-servicemen refund condition.

General Instructions

• Submit applications online only; offline submissions will be rejected.
• Ensure eligibility as of the online submission closing date (30-01-2026).
• Keep scanned copies of required documents ready (SSLC/HSC/ITI/Diploma/UG/PG, experience certificates, community certificates, recent photograph, signature).
• Shortlisted candidates will be informed via the registered email; no hard copy communications will be issued.
• No TA/DA will be paid for selection stages except for PwD candidates for reimbursement as per norms.
