Eligibility Details

Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and M.Tech/M.E in Electronics and Communication Engineering or an equivalent field, with research areas in Signal Processing, Communication, or Instrumentation. GATE qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA at UG and PG for GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL; 55% or 6.0 CGPA for SC/ ST/ PwD. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology with at least 7.5/10 CGPA (70%) for GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL; 7.0/10 CGPA (65%) for SC/ ST/ PwD.
