Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 38 years for most posts
• Age relaxations as per government norms for reserved categories and other special cases

Educational Qualifications

• Junior Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a valid certificate
• Junior Engineer (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a valid certificate
• Assistant Commissioner: Graduate degree and knowledge of Marathi
• Municipal Deputy Secretary: Graduate degree with law qualification or legal experience
• Assistant Law Officer: Graduate with LLB and Marathi knowledge
• Biomedical Engineer: Degree in Biomedical Engineering with relevant experience
• Surgeon: MBBS with MD/MS in Surgery and relevant postgraduate qualification
• Gynecologist: MBBS with MD/MS in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Other Medical Posts: MBBS with relevant postgraduate qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• Recognized educational qualifications for each post
• Marathi language knowledge for most administrative positions
• Valid professional registrations where applicable (medical posts)
• Computer skills and typing ability for clerical posts

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in municipal/government organizations
• Additional certifications and knowledge of local government procedures
• Proficiency in English and Marathi

Experience

• Government/municipal experience preferred for technical posts
• Clinical experience for medical specialists
• Fresh graduates may apply where experience is not mandatory

• Exam Fee Payment Last Date: Same as application closing date
• Exam Date: Will be notified (7 days before exam on official website)
• Admit Card Release Date: Will be available on NMMC website

Application Fee

• General/Unreserved/OBC/Other Categories: Rs. 1,000
• Reserved Categories (SC/ST/PWD): Rs. 900

Payment Options

• Online payment through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI
• The fee is non-refundable under any circumstances
