Age Limits

• Executive: 23-35 years
• Senior Executive / Senior Analyst: 25-40 years
• Analyst: 23-35 years
• Age relaxations as per rules apply.

Educational Qualifications

• Executive: Graduation with a minimum of 60% marks; desirable qualifications include CA (Inter), MBA/PGDM, M.Com or a Law degree depending on the role.
• Senior Executive: Relevant Graduation or Post-Graduation (e.g., B.Tech, MCA, MBA) with 60% marks; 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in the respective field.
• Analyst / Senior Analyst: CA / MBA / PGDM / M.Com / CFA / FRM; relevant experience in the pension or financial sector (3 years for Analyst; 3 years post-qualification for Senior Analyst).

• Appointment is contractual for 3 years, extendable by up to 2 years based on performance.
