Age Details

21 to 32 years as on 01-01-2026. Relaxations: SC/ST up to 37 years; Government employees as per service years (max 5 years); PwBD up to 10 years; Ph.D. holders in applicable posts up to 5 years.

Eligibility Details

For Assistant Professors - Hr. Education Department

• Master’s degree from a recognized university with at least 55% marks (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST). Ph.D holders as per UGC Regulations are exempted from NET/SLET/SET requirements.

For Assistant Professors - CTE (Hr. Education Department)

• Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST/differently-abled). Separate Optional Papers may be required as per examination pattern.

For Lecturers - Technical Education Department

• Civil Engineering, Electronics & Electrical Engineering: B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% or 1st Class. M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics/English with 60% (relaxable by 5% for SC/ST).

For Lecturers/WET/RA/Training-Cum

• Postgraduate degree with 50% marks (relaxable by 5% for ST/SC).

For PGT - School Education Department

• Postgraduate degree with 50% marks (relaxable by 5% for ST/SC/differently-abled).

For Graduate Teachers - School Education Department

• Graduate or Postgraduate with 50% marks and B.Ed (relaxations as above).

Important Instructions

• Only online applications via the NPSC portal are accepted. No offline submissions.
• OTR is free; examination fee and gateway charges apply at the time of online application.
• Government employees must provide an NOC from the Head of Department at the time of submission.
• HSLC/Matriculation Admit Card is the acceptable DOB proof. Indigenous Inhabitant, ST, SC, and B.T. certificates must be signed by a District Authority.
