Age Limits

• Minimum Age: 18 years
• Maximum Age: 50 years
• Maximum Age for District Program Manager: 45 years

Block Manager - Farm Livelihoods

• M.Sc. (Agri) and allied sciences of the farm sector with a minimum of 1 year of field-level work experience in the relevant field.
• B.Sc. (Agri) and allied sciences of the farm sector with a minimum of 3 years of field-level work experience in the relevant field.
• Any other Master’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of field-level work experience in farm livelihoods or a related field.

District Program Manager

• Full-time Post Graduate Degree (2 years) in Social Sciences/Rural Development/MSW/MBA/Agricultural Sciences or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of program experience in rural development. Experience in handling large, multi-disciplinary teams and executing livelihoods/SHG programs with demonstrated leadership is preferred.
• Preference shall be given to candidates with at least one year of experience as District Manager.

Cluster Supervisor

• Graduate
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification relevant experience.
• Reading, writing and speaking skills in Kannada and English.
