Eligibility Details

General Manager (E-5)

• First class Graduate with 60% marks (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD) and with Two years MBA (First Class with minimum 60% marks, 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD) - specialization in Marketing or Finance, or Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (CMA).

Dy. General Manager (E-4)

• First class B.E./B.Tech with minimum 60% marks (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD) in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication.

Chief Manager (E-3)

• First class B.E./B.Tech with minimum 60% marks (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD) in Mechanical / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communication / IT / CSE.

Chief Manager (F&A) (E-3)

• CA / CMA or First Class Graduate in Commerce with minimum 60% marks (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD) along with Two years MBA (First Class with minimum 60%), specializing in Finance.

Manager (F&A) (E-2)

• CA / CMA or First Class Graduate in Commerce with minimum 60% marks (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD) along with Two years MBA (First Class with minimum 60%), specializing in Finance.

Deputy Manager (E-1)

• First class Bachelor Degree with minimum 60% marks (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD) and Two years MBA (First Class with 60%), specializing in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare.

Deputy Manager (F&A) (E-1)

• CA / CMA or First Class Graduate in Commerce with minimum 60% marks (with 5% relaxation for SC/ST/PwBD) along with Two years MBA (First Class with minimum 60%), specializing in Finance.

Additional Instructions

• Candidates must apply online via the CAREER section of the NSIC website. The online application link will be active from 27 October 2025.
• Print the online application and send it with a detailed CV and required documents to the address provided. The hard copy must reach by 26 November 2025 up to 6:00 PM. Late submissions will not be considered.
• Keep a valid e-mail ID active for at least one year to receive correspondence. Correct e-mail addresses must be provided.
• The Management reserves the right to set higher eligibility criteria or shortlist candidates as needed. Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in NSIC offices/Technical Centres across India.
