Age Limit

Upper age limit is 40 years as on 08-06-2026. No minimum age is specified beyond the requirement of relevant post-qualification experience. Age relaxations apply as per Government rules where applicable.

Educational Qualifications per post

• Young Professional - Software & Web Development: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or related Engineering OR MCA. Minimum 2 years of web development experience.
• Young Professional - Digital Media & Social Media Management: Bachelor's in Mass Communication/Digital Media/Journalism/Public Relations; MBA preferred. Minimum 2 years in social media management and digital marketing.
• Young Professional - Market & Economic Analysis: MBA with Analytics/Finance/Operations or MA/M.Sc. in Economics/Econometrics/Physical Science/Humanities; Minimum 2 years.
• Young Professional - Digital Marketing, E-Commerce etc.: Bachelor's in New Media Design/Animation/Mass Communication/Digital Media; MBA preferred. Minimum 2 years in graphic design and digital campaigns.
• Young Professional - Company Secretary: Commerce degree + Chartered Secretary (CS); MBA preferred. Minimum 2 years.
• Young Professional - Material Handling: MBA with Finance/Marketing; Minimum 2 years.
• Young Professional - Market Research, Data Interpretation & Financial Analysis: MBA or equivalent in Finance/Marketing; Minimum 2 years.
• Young Professional - Civil Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Minimum 2 years.
• Young Professional - Electrical Engineer: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or Electrical & Electronics); Minimum 2 years.
• Young Professional - MSME Business Outreach: MBA in Finance/Marketing; Minimum 2 years.
• Young Professional - Venture Equity Fund Senior Analyst: CA or MBA (Finance); Minimum 2 years.
• Young Professional - IT Specialist for Venture Capital Fund: B.E./B.Tech in CS or MCA; Minimum 2 years.

Important Instructions

• This is a contractual engagement for consultancy purposes; it is not a regular government job.
• The engagement is full-time and candidates may apply for only one post.

• Joining period is within 15 days of offer; failure to join may lead to withdrawal of the offer.

• The applicant is responsible for paying any applicable taxes; NSIC will provide TDS certificates as required.
• Police verification will be conducted as per MHA guidelines; negative verification can result in contract termination.
