Eligibility Details

Teaching Posts - Educational Qualifications by Post

• Assistant Professor - Biological Sciences & Engineering / Bio-Technology (BT): B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech in relevant branch with First Class or equivalent in at least one degree.
• Assistant Professor - Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics: Master’s degree with 55% marks in the relevant subject, plus cleared UGC/CSIR NET or SLET/SET; OR Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations (NET exempt); OR Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked in the top 500 by QS/THE/ARWU.
• Assistant Professor - Design: Bachelor’s Degree or 4-year Diploma AND Master’s Degree or equivalent PG Diploma (First Class in both) in Engineering/Design or relevant branch with minimum 2 years of professional design experience after Master’s; OR Integrated Master’s Degree (First Class) with 3 years of professional design experience. Ph.D. in Design or allied field desirable.
• Assistant Professor - Geo-Informatics: B.E./B.Tech./B.S. and M.E./M.Tech./M.S. or Integrated M.Tech in relevant specialization with First Class; Ph.D. desirable.
• Associate Professor - Biological Sciences & Engineering / Bio-Technology: Ph.D. with First Class at Bachelor’s or Master’s level + minimum 6 SCI/SCIE/SCOPUS publications + minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience (at least 2 years post-Ph.D.).
• Associate Professor - Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics: Ph.D. in the discipline + Master’s with at least 55% marks + minimum 8 years of teaching/research + 7 peer‑reviewed publications + total research score of 75 as per UGC 2018 norms.
• Associate Professor - Design: Ph.D. in a relevant field + First Class in Bachelor’s/Master’s or PG Diploma + 6+ SCI/SCIE/SSCI/AHCI publications + 8 years of professional design experience (at least 2 years post-Ph.D.).
• Associate Professor - Geo-Informatics: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline + Master’s and Bachelor’s with First Class + 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience (at least 2 years post-Ph.D.) with minimum 6 SCI publications.

Non-Teaching Posts - Educational Qualifications & Experience

• Campus Director (Age up to 60): Ph.D. with First Class at Bachelor’s/Master’s + 2 Ph.D. scholars guided + 10 SCI/SCIE/SSCI publications + 15 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including at least 5 years at Professor level.
• Training & Placement Officer (Age up to 50): MBA/PGDM (2-year) + UG in Engineering/Management/Sciences/Commerce + 12 years total experience, including at least 6 years in Training & Placement at Level 10 or above; UG in Engineering desirable.
• Medical Officer (Age up to 35): MBBS qualification with compulsory rotating internship; internship must be completed before appointment.

Age and Post‑Specific Requirements

• Age limits by post are specified in the notification with relaxations as per DoPT guidelines for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD.

Application Fees

• General / OBC / EWS: ₹1,000 (Registration) + ₹1,000 (Processing) = ₹2,000 total per post.
• SC / ST / PwBD: Nil (Registration) + ₹1,000 (Processing) = ₹1,000 total per post.
• Fee is non-refundable and payable through the online application portal.

Important Instructions

• Applications must be submitted online followed by hard copy submission.
• Separate online applications and fees must be submitted for each post.
• Attach self-attested documents including educational certificates, marks sheets, experience letters, publications, category certificates, and NOC from employer if applicable.
