• Experience certificate in hostel management from the concerned authority (if applicable)
• Residence certificate from competent authority

• One self-attested passport-size photograph
• Date of birth proof (if not evident from educational certificates)

• Carry documents in a transparent file folder; photocopies must be self-attested. Originals will be returned on the same day.
