Eligibility Details

PGTs

• Two years integrated postgraduate course with at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC) in the concerned subject, OR Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC) in the subject.
• Bachelor’s degree in education (as prescribed by NCTE) from an institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized university.
• Proficiency in teaching both Odia and English medium.
• Desirable: Knowledge of computer application.

TGTs

• Four-year integrated degree course in the subject with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC) or a Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Science in the concerned subjects with 50% (45% for SC/ST/PH/SEBC) plus a Bachelor in Education / 3-year integrated B.A. B.Ed. (50% in aggregate, 45% for certain categories) from an institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to a recognized university.
• Proficiency in teaching both Odia and English medium.
• Desirable: Knowledge of computer application.
