Educational Qualifications

• Management Trainee (HR): PG Degree/Diploma or MBA in HR/PM/IR with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
• MT (Finance): Degree + CA/CMA.
• MT (Legal): LLB with 50% marks.
• MT (Secretarial): Graduate plus ACS/FCS.
• MT (PR): Degree + PG Diploma in Journalism with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
• DET (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
• DET (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD).
• Technical Non-Executive Trainee: ITI/Diploma in relevant trade.
