Age Limit (as on 30-12-2025)

• Minimum age: 50 years
• Maximum age: 57 years

Educational Qualifications

• Graduate in Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Mineral Processing, or Metallurgy Engineering with a good academic record from a recognized university/institution. An MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management will have an added advantage.
• Post Graduate qualification in Geology, Applied Geology, or M.Tech. in Mineral Exploration with a good academic record from a recognized university/institution.

Experience

• A proven track record of at least 25 years of post-qualification experience in project planning, design, execution and management, along with exposure to business expansion, Sustainable Development Framework (SDF), and Business Excellence Initiatives, preferably in metal mining/mineral sectors. At least 3 years should be at a level two positions below the Board of Directors.
• Alternatively, 25 years of post-qualification experience in relevant functional areas, with at least 3 years at two levels below the Board of Directors.
