Educational Qualifications

Petroleum Engineering

Graduate degree in Petroleum Engineering (minimum 60%) or Graduate degree in Applied Petroleum Engineering (minimum 60%).

Mechanical Engineering

Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 60% marks.

Chemical Engineering

Graduate degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 60% marks.

Instrumentation Engineering

Graduate degree in Instrumentation Engineering with at least 60% marks.

Geology

Postgraduate degree in Geology (minimum 60%) OR M.Sc./M.Tech in Petroleum Geoscience (minimum 60%) OR M.Sc./M.Tech in Petroleum Geology (minimum 60%) OR M.Tech in Geological Technology (minimum 60%).

• Qualifications must be recognized by relevant statutory bodies (AIU/UGC/AICTE).
• Distance learning/part-time qualifications accepted only if similarly recognized.
• CGPA/OGPA/CPI/DGPA or letter grades must be converted to a percentage as per the university norms; a conversion certificate must be submitted at document verification.
• Only candidates who have already acquired the qualification on or before the last date of application will be considered.
• BE/B.Tech in Chemical Sciences and Technology will not be accepted for the Chemical Engineering stream.
