Age Details

Age: 21-42 years as on 01-01-2026. Relaxations apply as per categories: SC/ST/SEBC/Women/Ex-Servicemen: 5 years; PwD (40% or more): 10 years; PwD in SC/ST/SEBC: cumulative relaxation up to 15 years.

Eligibility Details

Qualifications

• Graduate in Civil Engineering from a university or institute recognised by the Government, or an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers (India) in Civil (AMIE Civil).

Age Limit

• 21 to 42 years as on 1 January 2026 (born not earlier than 2 January 1984 and not later than 1 January 2005).

Odia Language Requirement

• Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia. Acceptable proofs include a middle/Matriculation-level Odia qualification or an Odia language pass in a recognised examination.

Other Eligibility Conditions

• Indian citizenship.
• Good moral character and health.
• No unsuitable multiple marriages; government servants may apply with proper NOC.
• Candidates debarred by any PSC/UPSC are ineligible.
• Medical examination by a Medical Board is mandatory.
