Eligibility Details

Qualifications

• Postgraduate Degree in the concerned Broad Specialty or an equivalent qualification as prescribed by the Medical Council of India / National Medical Commission (MCI/NMC).

Experience

• For the post, 1 year of post-PG Senior Resident or Tutorship experience in the relevant subject, or as specified for DNB candidates (1 year for institutions with 500+ beds, 2 years for institutions with fewer beds).
• Exemptions may apply for candidates appointed as Assistant Professor before 08-06-2017.

Note: This position requires a postgraduate qualification in the relevant broad specialty or an equivalent qualification as per MCI/NMC norms at the time of appointment.
