• Odia Language Requirement: Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Odia, with specific Odia language coursework as prescribed.
• Marital Status: No disqualifications related to multiple marriages as per state government rules.
• Government Servants: Eligible with requisite qualifications and No Objection Certificate from the competent authority.
• Character & Health: Good moral character and sound health.

Application Fee

• General, OBC, and other categories (except SC/ST/PwD): Rs. 700.
• Payment Mode: Online (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).
• Refunds: Fees refunded only to candidates who actually appear in both papers of the Preliminary Examination.
• Exemptions: SC/ST/PwD candidates are exempt from the examination fee.
