Age Details

Eligibility Details

Education

• NCVT NAC certificate in Attendant Operator Chemical Plant (AOCP) or in feeder trades (IMCP, MMCP, LACP, PPO, Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Sheet Metal Worker, Electrician, Electronic Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic, etc.).
• Priority will be given to AOCP Trade Apprentices of Ordnance Factories.

How to Apply (Offline)

• Download the prescribed application form from the official website.
• Fill the form in BLOCK LETTERS, affix a recent passport-size photograph (self-attested), and attach self-attested copies of all required documents.
• Include two extra photographs (self-attested on the back with Name & Date of Birth).
• Place the filled application and enclosures in an envelope superscribed: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF TENURE BASED DBW PERSONNEL ON CONTRACT BASIS” and send by post to The Chief General Manager, Ordnance Factory Khamaria, District Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh - 482005.
• Ensure the envelope reaches within the last date.

Selection Process

• Based on marks in NCTVT (NAC) and Trade Test/Practical Test, in order of merit.
• Weightage: 80% NAC (NCTVT) and 20% Trade Test.
• Documentation verification will occur for merited candidates; number called will be limited to available vacancies.
• Tie-breakers include: ex-Trade Apprentice status, higher NAC marks, and date of birth (older first).

Salary and Benefits

• Pay: Rs. 19,900/- per month (Skilled) + DA, with 3% annual increment on basic pay.
• Other benefits: EPF, possible bonuses, risk allowance, night duty allowance, and 30 days leave per year (1 casual leave per month).
