Age Details

Educational Qualifications

• Stenographer Grade-III (English): Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science from a recognized university.
• Clerk: Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science from a recognized university, and passed matriculation with Hindi as one subject.

Special Qualifications

• Stenographer: English Shorthand Test at 80 w.p.m. with transcription at 20 w.p.m.; Computer Proficiency Test (qualifying).
• Clerk: Written examination (General Knowledge 50 marks objective, English Composition 20 marks objective + 30 marks subjective = 100 total marks, 33% qualifying in each subject but 40% aggregate), followed by Computer Proficiency Test (qualifying).
