• Master’s degree in Microbiology / Biotechnology / Microbial Biotechnology or an allied subject with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD/OBC-NCL & Ph.D. holders who obtained Master’s before 19 Sept 1991)
• Cleared NET/SLET/SET conducted by UGC/CSIR OR awarded Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009/2018

Desirable

• Ph.D. in Microbiology / Biotechnology or allied fields
