Eligibility Details

Essential Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Management, Engineering, or Technology from a recognized university.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management or marketing in a reputed organization.
• Experience with IT tools and software systems for office work.
• Basic understanding of finance and accounts.
• Fluency in both Hindi and English with strong writing skills.
• Good academic record with strong communication and soft skills.

Desirable Qualifications

• Working experience in an educational or training institute.
