Age limits (as per notification)

• Executive-level posts: up to 28 years
• General Manager-level posts: up to 55 years

The age must be calculated with reference to the advertisement publication date (03 September 2026).

Application fee

• Rs. 100 (Demand Draft only) payable in favor of "Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI)". The DD must be attached to the application form and the application submitted offline.

How to apply (offline only)

2. Complete the form in the prescribed format.
3. Attach a recent passport-size photograph and self-attested copies of age proof, educational certificates, and experience certificates.
4. Attach the original Rs. 100 Demand Draft in favor of PMBI.
5. Send the complete application by post/courier to: CEO, PMBI, B-500, Tower B, 5th Floor, World Trade Centre, Nauroji Nagar, New Delhi - 110029.
6. Ensure delivery on or before 24 September 2026, 5:00 PM.
