PMU TDB Recruitment 2026: System Administrator, Clerk, Accountant, and Office Assistant - Apply Online

Age

• Maximum age limit: 40 years for all posts. Age relaxation as per government rules may apply for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-servicemen with appropriate certificates.

Eligibility per Post

1) System Administrator (Vacancy: 1)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics or equivalent from a recognised university. Proficiency in system administration, network management, hardware troubleshooting, and IT helpdesk functions. Knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments and basic networking (LAN/WAN).
• Desirable: Certifications in CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft/Linux system administration. Familiarity with government IT environments or e-Governance projects.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT system administration, preferably in a government/public sector IT project environment.

2) Clerk (Vacancy: 2)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital file management.
• Desirable: Familiarity with government office procedures and Kerala Government Secretariat Manual. Knowledge of digital document management systems.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in office administration, secretarial work, or clerical functions in government/PSU/private sector.

3) Accountant (Vacancy: 2)

• Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com). CA Inter/CMA Inter/MBA (Finance) are additional qualifications.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounts/finance; knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, financial statements, and accounting software (Tally/ERP).
• Desirable: Familiarity with government treasury operations, SPARK payroll system, GST compliance for government projects.

4) Office Assistant (Vacancy: 3)

• Qualification: SSLC (Class X) or equivalent. Basic literacy in computer operations; good Malayalam communication and working English knowledge.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in an office environment; preference for candidates with government/public sector experience.

Application Fee

• ₹500 per position, plus applicable transaction charges. The fee is non-refundable and payable online through the CMD application portal.
