Eligibility

Essential Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Engineering OR Master’s degree in Science/Economics/Operations Research or equivalent from a recognized university or institution.

Essential Experience

• 0-3 years of experience in areas such as techno-economic project appraisal/evaluation for large investments in oil and gas pipelines, storage, or city gas distribution; regulatory development or exposure to latest technological developments in the oil and gas sector; setting up city gas distribution networks; operation and maintenance of oil and gas pipelines; or drafting of technical standards/safety codes for oil and gas pipelines and installations.

Desirable

• Previous exposure to Competition Law
