Age Limits

• Deputy Registrar: up to 50 years
• Assistant Registrar: up to 40 years
• Public Relation Officer: up to 40 years
• Section Officer: up to 35 years
• Private Secretary: up to 35 years

Age relaxation as per government rules.

Educational Qualifications

• Deputy Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks and 5 years of experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent in Pay Level 10 or above.
• Assistant Registrar: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks.
• Public Relation Officer: Master’s degree in Journalism & Mass Communication with at least 55% marks and 5 years of relevant experience in media/PR/journalism.
• Section Officer: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience as Senior Assistant in Pay Level 6 or 8 years as Assistant/UDC in Pay Level 4 plus computer proficiency.
• Private Secretary: Bachelor’s degree, 3 years as Personal Assistant or 5 years as Stenographer, Shorthand 120 wpm English/100 wpm Hindi, Typing 35 wpm English/30 wpm Hindi, skill test mandatory.
• Deputy Registrar (Deputation): Refer to the official notification for specific qualifications.
