Educational Qualifications

• Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)

Essential Post-Educational Qualification Experience

• At least 1 year post-qualification experience in the company secretariat of any unlisted or listed company
• Internship or training shall not be counted as experience

Area of Experience Required

• Experience in secretarial matters including drafting of agendas and minutes, preparing official letters, etc.
• Conducting Board/Committee meetings and General Body Meetings
• Compliance with statutory requirements under the Companies Act and other statutory requirements
