Age Details

Eligibility Details

Common Eligibility (Register A-II & Register-C)

• Confirmed hand with at least 8 years of continuous service under the Punjab Government.
• Age not exceeding 54 years as on 01 November 2025.
• Graduate degree from a recognized university.
• Punjabi language proficiency up to Matriculation or equivalent.

Register A-II (Advt. No. 20263)

• Open to Group A and Group B ministerial cadre employees not below the level of Senior Assistants, serving in Punjab.
• Universities, Boards, Societies, PUDA, GMADA, PSPCL, PSTCL, Corporations, etc., are NOT eligible.

Register-C (Advt. No. 20264)

• Open to Group A and Group B employees not covered under A-I, A-II, or A-III categories.
• Similar exclusion applies for other listed entities.

Application Fee

• Ex-Serviceman (Punjab), EWS, PwD, LDESM (Punjab only): Online application charges Rs. 500; Examination fee Rs. 0; Total Rs. 500.
• SC/ST (All States) & Backward Classes (Punjab only): Online application charges Rs. 500; Examination fee Rs. 250; Total Rs. 750.
• All Other Categories: Online application charges Rs. 500; Examination fee Rs. 1000; Total Rs. 1500.

Notes:

• Fee must be paid online only. Non-refundable after submission.
• No changes/editing after fee payment.
• Fee concessions require a self-attested certificate with the hard copy application.

Important Instructions

• Applicants must read the General Information documents for both registers before applying.
• The hard copy of the application along with Annexures and required documents must reach the Head of Department and then to PPSC Patiala by the stated deadlines.
• Scribe and compensatory time facilities are available for PwD candidates as per the guidelines; detailed provisions and submission deadlines are provided in the official notification.
