Age Limit

• Candidates must be below 35 years of age as on the date of notification (07 September 2026).

Qualification

• MBA, MBA (Marketing), or PG Diploma in Management/Marketing from a recognized institute/university.
• Minimum of one year of direct sales experience.
• Preference given to candidates with experience in media sales.

Experience

• Direct sales experience of at least one year is preferred.

Skills

• Dynamic and confident with sound knowledge of sales practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in a local language is an advantage.
• Strong soft skills to engage with senior industry members and the ability to work in a team as well as independently to achieve revenue targets.

Important Instructions

• This is a purely contractual engagement; there is no claim to absorption or regularisation in Prasar Bharati.
• The engagement is full-time; candidates must not take up any other assignment during the contract period.
• Additional tasks may be assigned beyond the specified role.
• Initial engagement is for two years, with annual appraisal; extensions depend on organisational requirements and performance.
• The engagement can be discontinued by either side with one month’s notice or one month’s salary in lieu thereof, without assigning any reason.
• Eligibility as on the NIA issue date (07 September 2026) will be considered for the final selection.
• Incomplete document uploads will result in rejection without notification.
