Educational Qualifications

• Deputy General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum 7 years of experience as an Assistant General Manager in a cooperative or nationalized bank.
• Deputy General Manager (Chief Law Officer): Graduate/Post Graduate in Law (LLB/LLM). ~15 years of practical legal experience.
• Assistant General Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum 7 years of experience at higher level in a bank.
• Assistant General Manager (Investment): Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum 7 years of experience in treasury/investment management.
• Branch Manager: Graduate/Post Graduate, MBA/CAIIB. Minimum 7 years of experience in a bank.
• Branch Manager (Board Secretary): Graduate/Post Graduate. Experience in board/committee processes; English and Marathi correspondence.
• Branch Manager (Estate Manager): Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Facilities Management or related field; 5-10 years in estate management.
