Educational Qualification

• Senior Secondary (Class 12) pass for both posts. Marks/weightage will follow the Directorate’s Mulyankan Patra-B as revised on 01-10-2024.

Local Residency

• Only local resident women of the concerned Gram Panchayat (rural) or ward (urban Anganwadi) are eligible. Applicants must be residents of the Gram Panchayat/revenue village to which the Anganwadi centre belongs.

Age and Other Conditions

• Age: 18 to 35 years (General).
• Relaxation: Up to 40 years for SC/ST/Widow/Divorced/Special category.
• Existing mandey workers re-applying have no upper age limit.
• Both married and unmarried women may apply.
• If a selected woman marries and ceases to be a local resident, mandey service is terminated automatically.

• Any complaint of irregularity in the selection process will be the responsibility of the concerned Bal Vikas Pariyojana Adhikari.
• Documents required include: application form (two self-attested copies), local residency proof, educational certificates (minimum 12th), category certificate (if applicable), non-creamy layer certificate for OBC, divorce certificate/decree with a self-declaration, and self-declaration regarding automatic termination on change of local residency due to marriage.
