Age limit

Age should be between 17 and 34 years as on 31 December 2026.

Eligibility details

• Candidates must be female.
• Education: Senior Secondary (10+2) from a recognised board.
• Age: 17 to 34 years as on 31 December 2026.
• Training: Admission to the Female Health Worker (ANM) Training Course for the 2026-27 session.

Application fee

• The fee is ₹20, payable through a postal order in favour of the concerned CMHO.
• SC and ST candidates are exempted from this fee.

Instructions

• The application process is offline only. There is no online application link mentioned in the official notification.
• Obtain the prescribed ANM/Female Health Worker Training application form and submit it along with required self-attested documents.
• Attach a ₹20 postal order (payable to the concerned CMHO) if the fee applies to your category.
• Send the completed application to the respective Chief Medical & Health Officer (CMHO) by registered post, ordinary post, or speed post within the specified window (24 August 2026 to 7 September 2026).
• Keep a copy of the filled application and the postal receipt for future reference.
• Applications received after the last date will not be accepted.
