Age Limits

• General/Unreserved: 20-30 years
• SC/ST: 20-35 years
• OBC: 20-33 years
• PwBD: 20-40 years (GEN/EWS) / 43 years (OBC) / 45 years (SC/ST)
• Ex-Servicemen: Up to 50 years (as applicable)

Note: Age is as on 01 April 2026. Cumulative age relaxations follow government norms.

Educational Qualifications

• Junior Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 years) OR Degree in Civil Engineering with prescribed minimum marks.
• Junior Engineer (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronic Engineering (3 years) OR Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronic Engineering with prescribed minimum marks.

Experience

• Diploma holders: At least 2 years post-qualification experience.
• Degree holders: At least 1 year post-qualification experience (or 1-year graduate apprenticeship training in a PSU).

Nationality

• Indian citizen, or a subject of Nepal/Bhutan, or Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01/01/1962, or a person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with eligibility certificate where required.

Application Fees

• SC / ST / PwBD / EXS: ₹50 + 18% GST
• OBC / General / EWS: ₹450 + 18% GST
• Fee is payable online via debit/credit card, net banking, IMPS, etc. Staff candidates are exempt from payment of the fee. Fees are non-refundable.
