Eligibility Criteria

• Research Associate-I: PhD in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Plant Biology, Bioengineering, Agricultural Microbiology, or Life Sciences from a recognized university. At least one first-authored SCI paper. Experience in microbial engineering, synthetic/structural biology, or metabolic pathway modification is preferred. Familiarity with omics and bioinformatics is advantageous.
• Project Associate: MSc/MTech in Life Sciences, Agricultural Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Genomics, Pharmacy, or related fields, with at least 2 years of R&D experience. Experience with microbial cultures, gas exchange measurements, carbon capture systems, or bioreactor operations preferred.
• Field Assistant: Bachelor’s degree (BSc/BTech) or Diploma in Agriculture/Life Sciences/Microbiology/Environmental Science or related field. Basic knowledge of field experiments, crop management, soil sampling, and related lab techniques. Familiarity with greenhouse work, irrigation, and fertilizer application.
