Age Limit (as on 01-02-2026)

• Unreserved (General/EWS): 30 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 33 years

Educational Qualifications

Option 1: Full-time & regular B.Sc. (Chemistry) degree with Physics as a subject + passing of NCVT examination in Attendant Operator (Chemical Plant) Trade (AOCP).

Option 2: Full-time & regular Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology + successful completion of 1-year BOAT training under Apprentice Act.

Option 3: 4-year / 3.5-year Sandwich Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology (full-time & regular).

Minimum Percentage Requirement

• General/EWS/OBC (NCL): 55% in last year or aggregate of last two semesters
• SC/ST: 50% in last year or aggregate of last two semesters

Additional Notes

• Only full-time and regular courses are eligible. Distance/Correspondence/Part-time courses are not eligible.
• Candidates in the final year of Graduation/Post Graduation are not eligible.
• Reserved category candidates must submit valid Caste/EWS/Disability certificates in the prescribed proforma.

Selection Process and Other Instructions

• The selection process includes Computer Based Online Test, Document Scrutiny, Skill Test (qualifying), and Pre-Employment Medical Examination. Final selection is based on Online Test marks (100% weightage); Skill Test is qualifying.
• Selected candidates undergo 6 months of training with a consolidated stipend of Rs. 22,000 per month. After training, candidates are absorbed in Grade II-(A6) with a pay scale of Rs. 22,000-60,000.
