Eligibility

• MBA or an equivalent postgraduate management qualification with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent CGPA).
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in any branch of Engineering.
• Minimum seven (7) years of post-qualification professional experience in areas such as training and placement in higher education institutions, corporate HR, talent acquisition, or related fields.
