Age Details

• Upper age limit generally 37 years for Senior Residents. Relaxation up to 45 years may be provided as per Govt. of India/DoPT/NCT of Delhi rules in specified cases.

Eligibility Details

Educational Qualification

• A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956.
• OR MBBS degree from a recognized institute with a relevant PG Degree (DM/MCh/MD/MS/DNB/PG Diploma) as applicable for the concerned department, with the conditions specified in the notification.

Other Requirements

• Must not have completed 03 years of Senior Residency in any recognized institute (central or state government hospital, autonomous institute), including regular and adhoc periods.
• Valid registration with Delhi Medical Council (DMC) or must have applied for DMC with proper acknowledgement at the time of interview.
• Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/Departmental candidates/Ex-Servicemen/Persons with Disability, as per Government of India and Delhi/NCT rules.
• In case of non-availability of suitable candidates, relaxations as per Health & Family Welfare Department circulars may apply (including upper age up to 45 years and consideration of candidates who have completed 3 years SR in some cases).
• Citizens of India only.

• Registration Time on Interview Date: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
• Interview Timing: 12:00 PM onwards

Additional Instructions

• The number of vacant posts is provisional and may change without notice.
• The contract can be terminated by either side with 7 days’ notice or payment of the equivalent salary.
• Recruitment is on a 44-day Adhoc basis with potential extension based on performance and recruitment of regular candidates.
• Selection will follow the MOA guidelines of RGSSH and DoPT/ Govt. of NCT Delhi policies.
• Reserved category considerations may apply for senior residents as per policy. Certificates must be issued on or before the last date of application.
• The Director, RGSSH reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment at any stage.

• Jurisdiction for any disputes will be Delhi courts.
