Age Details

• Age not exceeding 35 years as of 01-12-2025.
• Relaxation up to 40 years for AM and up to 42 years for Manager may be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience.

Eligibility Details

• Essential qualifications: CA, ICWA, MBA, or a Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Commerce.
• Desirable: FRM or other recognized risk management qualifications; proficiency in Hindi; strong MS Word/Excel and data analytics skills.
• For Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years of experience in Risk Management for Banks/NBFCs, preferably in retail risk management (Home Loans, Mortgage Loans); currently holding a role at or above Assistant Manager cadre.
• For Manager: Minimum 7 years of experience in Risk Management for Banks/NBFCs, preferably in retail risk management (Home Loans, Mortgage Loans); currently holding a role at or above Manager cadre.
