Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 years
• Maximum: Less than 40 years

Age Relaxation (non-cumulative):

• SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS ( Rajasthan State ) Male: 5 years
• General Category Women: 5 years
• SC/ST/BC/MBC/EWS Women ( Rajasthan State ): 10 years
• Differently Abled Persons: Additional 5 years
• Widow/Divorcee: No upper limit, but age must be below superannuation at appointment

Educational Qualifications by Post

• Company Secretary: Final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with membership; minimum five years’ experience as Company Secretary in a company with paid capital Rs 50 crore or more.
• Assistant Town Planner: Degree in Architecture (5-year course) with minimum 60% marks and Post-Graduation in Town Planning from a recognized university.
• Programmer: BE/B.Tech/M.Sc in IT/CS/Engineering or Electronics & Communications or MCA; OR ME/M.Tech in IT/CS/Engineering or Electronics & Communications; OR B.Com with 60% marks plus IT-related certificate courses (RSCIT/DOEACC O-Level/COPA/DPCS/Diploma in Computer Science/Applications/IT).
• Assistant Accounts Officer Grade-II: Degree/Diploma/CA/CMA certificate from ICAI/ICMAI or B.Com with 60% marks plus IT certificate (RSCIT/DOEACC O Level or higher/COPA/DPCS) or Diploma in Computer Science.
• Junior Legal Officer: Law graduate with at least 55% or LL.M.
• Personal Assistant Grade-II: Senior Secondary; DOEACC level certificate or equivalent in computers; or COPA/DPCS or related computer qualifications.
• Draughtsman-cum-Tracer (Civil): Diploma in Architecture with AUTOCAD knowledge or equivalent civil drafting certification with AUTOCAD.
• Junior Assistant: Senior Secondary; multiple IT/computer-related certificates or Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Applications or equivalent.

Citizenship

• Indian citizen or specific eligible categories as per RIICO rules (detailed norms in notification).

Application Fees

• Unreserved (General) and BC/MBC (Rajasthan): Post 1-6: Rs. 700; Post 7-8: Rs. 1,000
• Non-Creamy Layer (BC/MBC) and EWS (Rajasthan): Post 1-6: Rs. 525; Post 7-8: Rs. 750
• Specially Abled Persons and SC/ST (Rajasthan): Post 1-6: Rs. 350; Post 7-8: Rs. 500 Notes
• Candidates from other states will be treated as General category for fee purposes.
• Family income up to Rs. 2.50 lakhs may be eligible for fee concessions per relevant circular.

• State-specific eligibility rules; non-Rajasthan residents may be treated as General category for reservation purposes.
