Eligibility Details

Sr. Manager (Ports & Waterways)

• Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering & Management; Ocean Structures / Engineering; Structural Engineering or equivalent/synonymous qualification

Manager (Ports & Waterways)

• Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering & Management; Ocean Structures/Engineering; Structural Engineering or equivalent/synonymous qualification

Manager (Coastal Modelling)

• Master’s Degree in Coastal Engineering; Marine Engineering & Management; Ocean Structures/Engineering or equivalent/synonymous qualification

Assistant Manager (Port Planning)

• Master’s Degree in Transport Engineering/Transport Planning/Urban Planning or equivalent/synonymous/similar qualification

Manager (Civil/PPS)

• Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with certification in Primavera or MS Project

Assistant Manager (HR)

• MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD or MBA with HR specialization

Group General Manager (HR)

• MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD or MBA with HR specialization

DGM (Civil-Marine Structural Expert)

• Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Post Graduation in Marine Structures/Coastal Engineering/Ocean Engineering or equivalent

Deputy General Manager (HR)

• MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD or MBA with HR specialization
