Educational Qualifications

• MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/MHROD, or an MBA with specialization in HR/Personnel Management.

Experience

• 23 years of post-qualification experience in Human Resources Development, including Talent Acquisition, Retention and Management, Skill Development, Leadership Development, Performance Management, HR Branding, Employee Relations, statutory compliance (Labour Laws), HR Policies, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, Welfare, General Administration, Benchmarking, and Discipline Rules, etc.
